He did install new aluminum parts which should have long life. Checked for warranty which Lennox who did not support copper coils past 5 years. The HAVC unit had a leak and he identified the problem explained what had to be done.

Once my service contract ran out, I re-upped and I live the fact that even though I’ve prepaid my services for 3 years and they Stan Sri make no additional money off of me they always proactively follow up to remind me its time for my service. They 100% have stood behind the warranty they provided me and on top of it being zero hassle to get things handled under warranty they always do it in an extremely timely fashion. I’ve had my new unit for around 6 years and have been incredibly happy with how they have handled any issues. I used Freedom for years before I purchased my new air conditioner and selected them because their service had been great and they offered a competitive price with the best warranty of any other company. I have owned this house for 20 years and have had 3 different ac units but this one is the best. I am very happy with the service and the a/c unit. My son recommended Freedom when he had a new a/c installed several years ago. He takes pride in his work and represents the company well. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. He was courteous, helpful and professional. The technician who came yesterday, Joey, was fantastic. Our tech this last time was Jake and we are very pleased with his work ethic and personality :) I think you folks have a great product backed by even better people and service and I’m a lifelong fan.Īwesome job. You just don’t get folks like that much these days. It was so obvious that he really cared that I was going to have to wait another 18 hours. It was going to take one more night and he tried all sorts of things to get that part picked up and Preston back to my house so I don’t have to deal with no heat. Mark was amazing trying to get me scheduled. What a relief! Preston ordered the part and then we had to coordinate getting it installed. My unit is 7 years old and no one batted an eye. He diagnosed it and I was blown away that the super expensive part was still covered Under warranty. You had Preston at my house that same night. After dealing with my terrible home warranty company for weeks I finally gave up and called you guys. I’ve never had another company who continued to give me such top-notch service AFTER I spent all my money with them and after the usual honeymoon “sales” process. I’ve said this before but it beats repeating. It was a simple problem, which was resolved, the technician did an outstanding job! Thank you His wonderful personality makes him a valuable asset to your team! He explained everything to me so I could understand it. Quintin, Carter did an excellent job on my warranty inspection! He was very friendly and knowledgeable with his craft.
